Account responsibility

Owners are responsible for authorized users, accurate store information, secure passwords and MFA. Never share OTP, recovery or licence codes with support staff.

Lifetime licences

New stores require a one-time licence purchased directly from the platform operator. A code activates permanent access for one specified store. Codes are single-use, store-bound and may expire or be revoked before activation. Suspended stores remain readable while their retained data stays protected.

Business records

The service helps record inventory, sales and operations. Owners remain responsible for accounting, tax, employment, product and consumer-law obligations.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to violate law, access another store, interfere with availability or sell, share or reuse licence codes.

Availability and changes

Reasonable safeguards, backups and reconciliation are provided, but internet and hosting services may occasionally be unavailable.

Cancellation

Owners may export data and request deletion. A safety window applies before permanent deletion is carried out.
